What we collect

Your email address and the signup source (which link or page brought you here). Once you receive the letter, we record delivery, opens and link clicks so we know what is worth writing more of. That is the full list.

What we do not do

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. We never sell or share your address for marketing. Emails contain no hidden pixels beyond the standard open tracking described above.

Who processes it

Resend (email delivery, EU region, eu-west-1), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection and cookieless analytics), Hetzner (the server the letter system runs on, Germany), and Stripe (payments, only if you buy a paid product). Each processes data only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days to honour suppression, then your data is removed from our systems.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. For full erasure, reply to any issue of the letter or write to contact@apex-trading.co.uk and we will delete your record and your email history. You also have the usual UK GDPR rights of access, rectification and complaint to the ICO.
